Fans lost their mind when Clearly Canadian made an announcement that it was starting production of the popular fruit-flavored sparkling water, which was all the rage in the ‘90s-era. It was supposed to start arriving at stores in 2015, but that has obviously not happened, and that has made people very upset.
Especially customers who had pre-ordered their favorite bubbly water, who have been waiting for delivery for the bubbly water, and have still not got them. Clearly Canadian responded by explaining that it has met with some problems with shipping, and promised that it would be delivering the 25,000 pre-orders towards the end of 2016.
However, we are currently in April 2017, and there is no sign of Clearly Canadian. This has definitely been the straw that broke the camel’s back as customers are seriously irritated. Some customers have claimed that they only received a part of their order and are still waiting for the order to be delivered in full. They have contacted the brand, but got no response to any queries, and even the emails stopped coming from Clearly Canadian.
Frustrated customers have started voicing their concerns on social media, with some even considering taking legal action against the brand. A spokeswoman from the company stated that Clearly Canadian was in the process of completing the pre-orders that still remained, and blamed the long delay to a lack of funding. The company is optimistic that the remaining orders will be going out soon, and there is some good news for fans, as some have spotted the brand in local supermarkets.
It remains to be seen just how long they have to wait before the orders are fulfilled, because they are at their breaking point.
