As daylight breaks over the city, Democrats pour a bit of whiskey in their morning coffee as they wait for the early train to work. That’s because the headlines aren’t good. Sure, democrats knew it was going to be bad, but they didn’t realize it was going to be so bad. The reason for their contempt is legit, while Hillary Clinton deals with the old Benghazi scandal resurfacing, The Donald is kicking ass. While the folks who don’t like Trump, really don’t like the man, they probably would not want to hear about how they might just end up voting for Trump come November. The question that has Ivy League graduates and political science majors flabbergasted is, “how is this happening?” Well, it’s quite easy to see the reasons behind Trump’s apparent success in the political arena.
Americans Aren’t Buying it…Anymore!
No, I’m not talking about the vanilla latte decaf with extra cinnamon. Not to sound like one of those whacky conspiracy theorists, but the whole “establishment” thing is very real, and Trump has pretty much exposed this reality on several occasions during his presidential campaign. While he hasn’t actually mentioned it, we know what he means.
• That there are people, who own oil companies and make a lot of money off oil.
• That there are people who sell guns and ammunition, and make a killing off of wars.
• And that these same people are in bed with many of the mainstream media channels and also back certain politicians in Washington.
What all this means that whenever there is a war or conflict somewhere in the world, these same people make a profit. So, when Trump says that he himself is funding his campaign, that’s a huge deal, because it means that the “establishment” cannot get what they want, (or already have). Besides, real estate, golf clubs and casinos don’t kill people, which gives him a pass. This is also the reason why whenever the “establishment guys” attack Trump, it helps him poll numbers, and actually helps his campaign.
Trump Beats the Media…at their Own Game
The thing that sets Trump apart from the rest is that he does not need a PR executive to tell him what to say since he’s been dealing with reporters his entire life. And while at times, Trump may have been better off keeping quiet, he aware that the system is already unfair. So, he doesn’t play fair either!
That’s right. He cheats. While the candidate from the democratic party is busy with their consultants and pollsters in getting advice on “what to say” based on what Americans “want to hear” Trump says outlandish things on purpose to gain attention, exploits the press and beats them at their own game. This tactics have been simple so far, whenever he’s giving a speech and he knows the camera is on him, he’s already done the math and knows which sound bite the media channels and newspapers are going to run with because he knows how they think. What the press fails to realize (since they’re so out of touch with reality!) is that many Americans believe in those outlandish things (well, most of them, because at least some of it is true, and you know it!). And even when they don’t agree, at least they find it humorous.
“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”
