An Asian man was targeted as being the suspect in a Hijab hoax that made international headlines two weeks ago, the fake story by an 11-year-old girl said the man tried to cut off her Hijab with scissors.
Justin Trudeau made a statement condemning the crime that never happened, police reveal later.
On Sunday in Queen’s Park a groups of Asian protesters demanded Trudeau needs to apologize for the way he handled the hoax.
Trudeau’s lame response to the hoax was “thankfully the crime didn’t happen”
Trudeau’s Tweets have a big reach on social media, before the hoax was revealed he said, “My heart goes out to Khawlah Noman following this morning’s cowardly attack on her in Toronto.”
“Canada is an open and welcoming country and incidents like this cannot be tolerated.”
