This story went viral on Facebook as Khalil Cavil, a server in a Texas restaurant claimed one of their customers wrote on his receipt “We don’t tip terrorists.”
Not only was the customer banned but the story made headlines and was picked up my mainstream media outlets throughout the world.
But recently the server fessed up and said he fabricated the story.
Cavil said he doesn’t have a explanation for the so-called mistake.
