A gourmet trip to Peru, anyone? With the specialist Gaston Acurio, big boss of Astrid and Gaston in Lima, advisor / supervisor of Manko which is flourishing in Paris under the Champs-Elysées theater. These days, in click & collect and delivery, under the aegis of the Moma Group, Peruvian flavors can be tasted at home.

Featured are the ceviche – or “cebiche”, in Peruvian, simmered quickly and enjoyed with pleasure. The “Clasico” and
the “Nikkei”, under Japanese influence, – to prepare yourself with all the ingredients provided -, with coriander, chili, leche de tigre, lemon juice, onions, choclo corn, cancha and sweet potatoes for the clasico, cucumber and radish black for the nikkei. Two delicacies to taste without fear of weighing yourself down.

As a bonus, the generous “aéropuerto”, a Chinese-inspired stir-fried rice (“chifa” in Peruvian) with omelet and shrimp, which makes a comforting dish par excellence. And, as a result, we easily fall for the Cachanga – a thin crispy paste, with citrus fruits, dulce de leche whipped cream, miso butterscotch sauce. A treat, completed with an exquisite Peruvian chocolate mousse.

For the wine, we chose an Argentinian Grand Cru to stay in Latin America with the Gran Corte largely made from Malbec de la Flecha de Los Andes, signed by the Edmond de Rothschild company, and produced there with Laurent Dassault. Enjoy your meal to all!
