Prancing at the top of the DxOMark ranking thanks to its Mi Note 10, Xiaomi obviously does not intend to stop there.
While an event is scheduled in China on December 10, the co-founder and president of Xiaomi has just confirmed the existence of the Mi 10 Pro.
Imminent presentation for the Mi 10?
Launched at the end of February, the Xiaomi Mi 9 has known multiple lives during the year. Declined ad nauseam by the manufacturer, it seems however that its original edition has been withdrawn from sale on the official Chinese site of Xiaomi. What to expect at an upcoming launch for the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro?
What we are sure is that the Mi 10 does exist. Replying to a fan on Weibo, Xiaomi chairman Lin Bin confirmed this with a hint.
According to the company’s usual release schedule, Xiaomi is expected to unveil and market the successor to the Mi 9 next February. For now, we still do not know anything about the characteristics of this Mi 10, except its name.
The Redmi K30, Mi Mix 4 and Pocophone F2 on the program for December 10
So what is the event on December 10 intended for? In all likelihood, the star of the show should be the Redmi K30 5G. Xiaomi could also take the opportunity to unveil the Redmi K30 Pro, although a release at the end of the year seems unlikely. According to several rumors, the firm would expect more for a launch in Q1 2020 for this model.
That’s not all. According to a teaser published on Weibo, the manufacturer also reveals that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 and Pocophone F2 are on the agenda. Two eagerly awaited smartphones and of which little is known for the moment, except that one will represent the ultra high-end of the brand, while the other should stand out with a very affordable price without cutting back on the technical sheet.
