Difficult to feign astonishment. The residences of the great figures of real estate are, quite logically, among the most beautiful – but also, the most expensive – available on the market. This week-end, Le Figaro Immobilier invites you to visit some of these residences, prized by the cream of the professionals of the sector.

• Aby Rosen’s $ 20 million apartment in New York.

At the head of a real estate fund in the United States, Aby Rosen does not skimp on her comfort. Of German origin, the man owns a 585 square meter apartment in New York City, which has countless toilets and bathrooms. With his family, the manager of RFR Holding has occupied it for ten years, and now wishes to resell the residence. Selling price: $ 19.85 million (approx. € 17 million). A sum far from impressing Aby Rosen, who had already sold one of her properties for nearly 45 million dollars. In France, such a sum is equivalent to more than 38.7 million euros. The real estate professional would also have a residence in Saint-Barthelemy.

If he shares his first name with the President of the United States, Donald Bren is by far the richest American promoter. According to the Forbes ranking, the real estate broker has a fortune of $ 25 billion. And he owns, unsurprisingly, many homes in California, where he has worked for years with his family. He is also regularly named one of the most influential people in the state of the western United States. Shown here (see above) is a property owned by her son, Steven, for sale for $ 5 million. This villa is located within the Emerald Bay, a protected nature reserve known for its beauty.

An inordinate fortune. Chinese Wang Jianlin is one of the richest men in his country. He holds more than 23 billion dollars, and logically made a fortune in real estate. A fan of the British capital, Wang Jianlin has bought a mansion on the most expensive street in London. Purchase price of the residence: £ 80 million (or just under € 90 million). A colossal sum, to which should be added several million pounds in work. Located on Kensington Palace Gardens Avenue, this house was previously owned by the famous Russian Roman Abrahmovich.

Before being elected President of the United States, Donald Trump was, among others, a famous real estate mogul. It logically has many properties – the Trump Towers – but also more personal residences. The villa in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, is one of them. Although a resident of the White House, Donald Trump often visits Mar-a-Lago, to the point that it bears the nickname “Winter White House” in the United States. To acquire it, faced with renewed refusals from the former owner, the former reality TV star had bought the neighboring beach, and threatened to build a building.
