Admissions to rise; Pfizer from age 12 in Brazil

EIn 24 hours, Portugal had 910 cases of Covid-19 and six deaths. This is the worst data, in terms of new cases, since the beginning of March. With regard to deaths, there was not such a high record since April.

Despite this, the Government decided to anticipate and bring into force, this Thursday, the new measures of deconfinement that should only start on Monday. A decree signed by Mariana Vieira da Silva thus anticipates the new measures by four days, which include fewer restrictions on restaurants and commerce, for example.

In total, with this update, Portugal has added, since the beginning of the pandemic, 855,951 confirmed cases and 17,044 deaths due to the new coronavirus.
