Foot – Market – PSG
At the end of his contract with AC Milan, Gianluigi Donnarumma is inexorably approaching Paris Saint-Germain, but Leonardo already seems to be thinking about another big file …
This is what we can call a masterstroke. Considered one of the best goalkeepers of his generation, if not the best, Gianluigi Donnarumma is expected to be the next signing of the Paris Saint Germain to believe Sky Sport Italy. The keeper of Milan AC is at the end of the contract and will therefore cost nothing in terms of transfer compensation to the PSG, which seems to have beaten the competition of the Juventus and you FC Barcelona. The arrival of Donnarumma could also shake things up, since Keylor Navas is already in place and has extended his contract with the PSG until 2024. The Gazzetta dello Sport recently announced he is expected to leave, refusing to play his starting spot with the Italy international.
Kessié, the profile that PSG lacks
The arrival of Gianluigi Donnarumma at 0 € might well call for another. The Corriere dello Sport announced at the end of May that Paris Saint-Germain would have inquired about Franck Kessié, midfielder of Milan AC and teammate of Donnarumma until this season. The Ivorian would be a weight reinforcement for the midfielder of the Paris Saint Germain, which seems to be one of the main projects of Leonardo currently. But an approach this summer does not seem very favorable, because the sporting director of the PSG could go up and wait, to attack better.
Ready to follow in Donnarumma’s footsteps?
This Wednesday, Tuttosport announces that the Milan AC would be afraid to relive a new Donnarumma disaster, with Franck Kessie. According to information from the Italian daily, the latest attempt by the Milan AC to extend his player would go back to last March. Since then, nothing. So just as it happened with Gianluigi Donnarumma this season, Kessié could well move slowly but surely towards the end of his contract, June 30, 2022. The Paris Saint Germain would always be in the game, ready to jump at the slightest opportunity, knowing that Kessié will be able to freely negotiate with the club of his choice from January 1, 2022. To recruit such a player, without paying any transfer compensation, would be a real feat, since the specialized site Transfermarkt assesses it at 55M € and that Tuttosport it is more likely to be around 70M €.
