On the second day of their state visit to Berlin, Queen Máxima and King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands invited to a concert by the Amsterdam Concertgebouw Orchestra in the Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt as a token of thanks for their hospitality. Guests were, for example, Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier with his wife Elke Büdenbender and Health Minister Jens Spahn with husband Daniel Funke. All guests have dressed up for the evening. But especially Máxima attracted attention.
Orange queen in icy blue
While her husband wore a classic tuxedo with a bow tie, the native Argentine performed a strapless evening dress in an icy light blue. Its lace fabric and several flounces were particularly eye-catching. In addition, Máxima chose a stole of the same color, silver-colored pumps with platform heels and jewelry that harmonized perfectly in terms of color. Her hair was slightly wavy and fell open over her shoulders. The couple was photographed laughing and waving in front of the concert hall.
