Phil Lynott is still immeasurable, so much so that Thin Lizzy will release, on October 23, Rock Legends, an interesting box full of surprises. 99 songs, 74 of which have never been released, and new more than it is the first time they have been released on CD.

Scott Gorham, guitarist of the group, and Nick Sharp, expert in the band, have managed to create a box of enormous interest for the fans of the band. Discover all its content below.

The first CD is made up of 22 songs, including classics such as “Whiskey in the Jar”, “The Boys Are Back in Town” or “Dancing in the Moonlight”.

He is accompanied by four demo discs, live tracks, and alternate versions (one from his Decca days and three from the Mercury years). The sixth CD includes the best moments of the three concerts they gave at the Hammersmith Odeon during the tour of Chinatown (1980).

As if this were not enough, it includes a DVD with a documentary aired on the BBC and a live performance in a Rod Stewart television special recorded while promoting A night on the town.

The box includes replicas of the band’s touring programs, Lynott poetry books, four prints, and a book with quotes from the group’s members and famous fans such as James Hetfield, Joe Elliott, Slash, Geddy Lee or Lemmy Kilmister. You can order the box now at this link at a price of € 113.99.
